Mark oversees all retail operations and is responsible for inground swimming pool sales.  Prior to opening the store in 1994, Mark worked with David and Matthew on construction and service projects.  Mark has over twenty-two years experience in the pool and spa industry.  BioGuard ChemPlus Graduate, Dimension One Sales Training Graduate,  Dimension One Vision of Excellence award winner.

Since joining Pools Etc. in 2001, Bob has worked in the construction and service departments, and is now responsible for all contract maintenance accounts.  Bob also oversees Dimension One Spas service issues.  Drawing on his accounting and auditing experience, Bob provides exacting and exceptional service to all of our clients.  APSP Tech II, NSPF Certified Pool Operator, Dimension One Sales and Service Training Graduate, Vac Alert SVRS Training Graduate, BioGuard Chem College Graduate, .authorized Raypak service technican  

Marvin Brisbane                                                                                                                                                    Pool Service Technician 

Marvin is the lead service technician at Pools Etc., and is also responsible for all new swimming pool plumbing and filtration installations.  Now in his thirteenth year with Pools Etc., Marvin brings his experience, credentials, and expertise to every service call he makes.  State of CT SP-2 Journeyperson, NSPF Certified Pool Operator, APSP Certified Service Professional, Vac Alert SVRS Training Graduate, BioGuard Chem College Graduate, authorized Raypak service technican.

Mary Jo joined Pools Etc. in 2007 as Office Manager.  Seasoned with eight years of experience in the high pressure Long Island pool service business, Mary Jo infuses energy and professionalism into her scheduling and accounting responsibilities.  Mary Jo schedules all pool and spa service, and handles all accounting matters.  Mary Jo is also an active member in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxillary.  NSPF Certified Pool Operator.

Irene joined Pools Etc. in 2007 as Store Manager.  Irene maintains inventory and fufills special order requests, works with Mark in the store, and helps Mary Jo with clerical duties.  Irene holds a degree in Sign Language Interpretation, and loves to sign with our deaf clients.  BioGuard Chem College Graduate.          

Lacey Fenn                                                                                                                                                          Pool Service Technician  

Lacey is the primary Pools Etc. on-site pool maintenance technician.  Lacey is responsible for all water balancing and pool cleaning duties, as well as working with Marvin on pool openings and closings.  Lacey joined Pools Etc. in 2007 after graduating from the Grasso Technical School with a focus in residential and industrial plumbing.   APSP Tech I, BioGuard Chem College Graduate.
